Our country cottages sit on a 450-year-old farm on Lower Norton Lane in Kewstoke, restored by hand by three generations of the same family. Sand Point is a 5 minute walk away, Uphill Beach is a 5 minute drive, and the Mendip Hills and Cheddar Gorge are both within 25 minutes. Our seaside flats put you in Weston-super-Mare, around 4 minutes’ walk from the beach, with free parking and fast WiFi. Our Story
In 1988, Dad and Grandad took on a run-down dairy farmhouse and rebuilt it by hand, right down to the 450-year-old fireplace that still warms guests today. Mum ran the kitchen, Nan looked after the guests and Grandad kept the gardens. In 2022, Bryn and Laura brought the cottages back to life one by one, and today the four of us run everything together. Every detail, from the fresh linen to the hanging baskets, has been shaped by our family for yours.
Meet the Team
It started in 1988 with a run-down dairy farmhouse, a father and son, and a jackhammer. Mum ran the kitchen, Dad handled the maintenance, Grandad kept the garden. In 2022 Bryn and Laura brought the cottages back to life, one at a time. Dave and Stella joined soon after.
Every cottage welcomes dogs, with enclosed gardens and bowls provided. Sand Point and Uphill Beach are made for muddy-paw walks.
